To cancel your subscription box at Nocking Point Wines & Coffee, you need to send an email to [email protected] at least 14 days before your next shipment. You cannot cancel your subscription online or in the Accounts section of their website. You also need to provide proof of service, such as your military ID or discharge papers, to be eligible for the cancellation. Nocking Point does not offer refunds or cancellations on any processed orders.

Nocking Point Wines & Coffee does not offer any discounts for military personnel or veterans. However, they do donate 10% of the proceeds from their coffee club to support a charitable organization each month.
