Do you need a permit to Park on every street?

The by-law only applies in places where signs are in place to restrict on-street parking. It does not mean that drivers need a parking permit to park on every street. Depending on the street, there may be no signs requiring any type of permit. For permit parking, zones are numbered from 1-16.
