Does tops have good food & service?

You can truly appreciate great food and service. I tend to notice things that others take for granted, both good and not so good. For my birthday, I have been going to Tops for years. I love the food, and it’s a diner so my expectations aren’t that of bougie restaurant. I also usually stipulate Tops for Father’s Day as well.

How much does it cost to eat at tops?

The prices were always high at Tops, but $50 for lunch for 2 without alcohol is a bit pricy. Very flashy, more like a bar, restaurant than a diner. We were very sorry to see the change and unfortunately will not be returning.

Is tops Diner a good place to eat?

More Than A Diner! I received a recommendation to visit Tops Diner as Monday was likely the only day of the week I could get in without a reservation or a long wait. I thought, for a diner?? Place was great. Excellent food, top end libations, great atmosphere and good service.
